The T Bar Row is an exercise for weight training exercise targeting back muscles. for both bodybuilding It’s a great back exercise to gain strength and muscle mass.
Instructions:
1, Stand over the T Bar Row.
2. Using your hips and legs, rise to a standing position.
3. To start, make sure that your arms are extended.
4. Pull the weight to your upper abdomen
5. Pause.
6. Return to a starting position
IMPORTANT: Do not jerk the weights. Move weights in a slow and controlled motion.
