Exercise ball chest press with dumbbells is a weight training and bodybuilding exercise targeting upper body chest, arms and shoulder muscles. This exercise ball workout is great to increase strength and muscle mass.

Instructions: Lie down on the exercise ball with dumbbells grasped in both hands. Push the dumbbells upwards until their arms are extended, not allowing the elbows to lock. Then lower the weight to chest level. . Repeat.
