Single Arm Row Instructions

  1. Grab a dumbbell in one of your hand.
  2. Bend over and place a knee and a hand on a bench.
  3. Slowly pull the dumbbell upwards.
  4. Pause.
  5. Return to the starting position.
  6. Repeat.
