1. Lie on your back on the floor or a mat.
2. Bend your knees by keeping your feet flat on the floor
3. Cross your arms in front of your chest.
4. Lift your shoulders forward using your abdominal muscles
5.Pause.
6. Slowly return back to starting position
7. Repeat.
