Push up with Single leg Raise Instructions

  1. Place your feet and hands on the ground, shoulder width apart.
  2. Lift one leg up off the ground.
  3. Lower your body until your chest is a few inches above the ground.
  4. Pause.
  5. Return to the starting position.
  6. Switch legs.
  7. Repeat.
