Chin ups Instructions

  1. Stand with the feet hip width apart and the knees slightly bent.
  2. Grasp the cable pulley handles.
  3. Pull the elbows back until the hands are right in front of the shoulders.
  4. Pause.
  5. Return to the starting position.
  6. Repeat.
