Cobra Exercise Instructions

  1. Lie on an exercise mat or floor with your hands by your sides, positioned directly under your shoulders.
  2. Raise your chest from the ground while keeping your hips stable.
  3. Pause.
  4. Return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat.
